Hello!
I'm Alice, an English teacher from London. I teach English to my ambitious students aged 7-70 online. Who am I? I qualified as an ESL teacher with CELTA in 2013, however, my first experience was in 2011; being thrown in at the deep end, into a classroom of forty children in Nicaragua and told, "teach them English!" It was terrifying. I've since frozen my eyelashes getting to classes in Siberia, travelled in style on the Moscow metro, and now I teach from the comfort of my home, wherever in the world that may be. Nobody can quite understand why I'd leave the dream city of London, but I love living abroad and have done so for the last ten years. Languages and travelling are my life. I also speak Spanish and German and my Russian's not too bad (it's so hard!). Do you want to become confident speaking English? Have you studied grammar for years? Can you read and write but never have practice speaking? Do you want to pass an exam? Or are you just starting out? Then study with me! I help you when you make a mistake. I encourage you when you try. I push you out of your comfort zone. I get you speaking more fluently after the first lesson. My lessons will always be personalised, professional and well prepared.
